The role offers ₹30,000/month + performance incentives linked to revenue generation.
Candidate will engage with prospects and contribute to business development.
Plan and execute zebrafish-based studies with scientific rigor.
Supervise daily operations of the zebrafish laboratory.
Develop scientific content, research papers, and support publications.
Lead outreach initiatives, workshops, and awareness programs.
Travel outside Mumbai for lectures and client engagements when required.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Business & Research Executive

Fresh BSc / MSc Biotech only. 2 positions

We are hiring a full-time Business & Research Executive (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM) based in Navi Mumbai. / The role offers ₹12,000/month + ₹3,000 performance incentive linked to revenue generation. Open only to fresh Biotech/Genetics graduates (No Pharmacy graduates). Candidate will interact with prospects and support business development activities.
Plan and execute zebrafish-based studies and experiments.
Assist in supervising zebrafish lab operations and maintenance.
Contribute to content creation, research documentation, and publication support. Participate in outreach programs, workshops, and awareness initiatives.

Travel outside Mumbai for client meetings, installations, and support activities.
Handle client servicing, coordination, and ensure smooth project execution.

Eligibility: Fresh BSc MSc only, preferably local candidates.

Technician Zebrafish Systems

Fresh BSc Biotech only.. 1 position

We are hiring a full-time Technician (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM) for our zebrafish facility in Navi Mumbai. 15000 Fixed + 3000 Performance incentive + TA / DA for outsation travel.
The role involves maintenance and operation of zebrafish housing systems and equipment.
Preferably male candidates due to field and handling requirements.
Responsible for daily cleaning, water quality checks, and system upkeep.
Monitor filtration systems, pumps, and plumbing for smooth operations.
Assist in feeding, breeding setup, and general fish husbandry.
Support installation, troubleshooting, and basic repairs of systems.
Maintain records of tank parameters and system performance.
Coordinate with research team for experiment-related requirements.
Travel outside Mumbai may be required for installations and servicing.

Eligibility: Freshers or experienced technicians; local candidates preferred.

Accountant & Admin Executive

Fresh BCom or Diploma..1 Position

We are hiring a full-time Accounts & Admin Executive (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM) based in Navi Mumbai. 12000 Fixed + 3000 Performance incentive.
The role offers an opportunity for freshers with B.Com or Diploma in Accounting.
Candidate will handle day-to-day accounting entries and basic bookkeeping.
Manage invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups with clients and vendors.
Maintain records of expenses, receipts, and financial documentation.
Assist in GST filings, compliance, and coordination with CA.
Handle administrative tasks including documentation and office coordination.
Support procurement, vendor management, and inventory tracking.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and basic accounting knowledge required.
